All staff must follow the dress code (black pants, white shirt, black shoes). Male staff must be clean-shaven.

- Clean tables, chairs, toilet and sanitise area throroughly
- Clean the stoves, ovens, pots, pans, grills and refrigerators
- Wash dishes, glasses and cutlery
- Clean equipment using deep cleaning chemicals
