Key Responsibilities:
● Handle Calls & WhatsApp Messages: Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about stones, and assist with sales queries.
● Outbound Sales Calls: Proactively reach out to potential and existing clients to promote products and generate leads.
● Client Interaction in Warehouse: Assist walk-in customers, showcase products, and guide them in selecting suitable stones.
● Show Product Presentations: Conduct presentations to clients, explaining product features, benefits, and pricing.
● Coordinate Warehouse Location with Clients: Guide clients on warehouse visits and ensure a smooth experience.
● Data Entry & Client Records: Maintain accurate details of customer interactions, orders, and preferences.
● Basic Product Knowledge: Stay informed about products on display, pricing, and availability.
● Sample Arrangement & Coordination: Prepare and arrange samples for clients as per requests.
● Sample Pick-up & Delivery Records: Track and document all sample dispatches and returns.
● Maintain & Share Database with Head Office: Regularly update and send inventory and sales reports to the head office.
Requirements:
● Experience in display sales, client management, or a related field.
● Strong communication skills for effective client engagement.
● Proficiency in handling phone calls, WhatsApp messaging, and CRM systems.
● Ability to organize and manage inventory data efficiently.
● Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
