JOB SPESIFICATION
Education: High School/Diploma
Experience: 2–3 years of basic experience in food & beverage, leisure, theme parks, entertainment, or any cleaning company. Prior experience as a Steward or Cleaner.
Skills:
* Ability to competently multi-task and handle a high volume of job assignments
* Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Ability to work with and adapt to different nationalities.
* Strong and effective communicator, sound teamwork skills
* Capability to work with hot equipment.
* Good knowledge of chemicals and the ability to handle them safely.
* Willingness to work both day and night shifts.
* Languages: Fluent in English

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
JOB SUMMARY
At Six Flags & AquaArabia Qiddiya City, the Kitchen Steward is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization across all food and beverage outlets, carts, and kiosks. This role involves ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes, utensils, and equipment while maintaining overall sanitation in all F&B areas. The Kitchen Steward must also uphold food safety and hygiene standards and support operational efficiency. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required is essential.

JOB-SPECIFIC
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen (BOH) and service areas (FOH)..
Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
Handle and dispose of waste following safety and sanitation guidelines in the main outlets, carts, and kiosks.
Sanitize fruits and vegetables
Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals.
Follow health, safety, and HACCP standards at all the times.
Report maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor
Implement measures to minimize breakage and ensure proper recording of damaged items.
Report any pest control issues to the team leader immediately.
