- Check expiry dates of dry items, fresh and frozen food; Inform Chef de Partie of expired products
- Conduct day to day activities in assigned section; Prepare food items for outlets and functions
- Clean Kitchen equipment and maintain high hygiene standards
- Ensure that the Kitchen is adhering to best practices in line with HSEQ standards
- Support the Kitchen Team in preparing for events; Avoid any delays or complaints
- Other accountabilities, when required, to be completed in a professional manner as per job objectives
